Raincovers with velcro tape

The benefits of rain covers include:
• Protects the bags from approx. 75% of the rain, the seed potatoes are dried quickly by the wind
• Protects the bags from the effects of mild night frost
Stack the racks 2-high and place in the naturally windiest position for the best hardening off results.
Preferably place the racks in a north-south direction. The warmest wind blows from the south.
This results in short, hard sprouts.
