The rain cover protects the bags from approx. 75% of the rain.
• The rain cover can be replaced if worn.
• Remove the rain cover when it is not needed.

A robust Velcro strip is attached to the base of the pre-sprouting bag. The fastening strip is strong enough to allow half the bag to be opened.
Trapped soil or dust does not affect its fastening capacity.
We recommend closing the fastening when the bag is empty.
Tip: Lift up the pre-sprouting rack 1 m with a forklift. This avoids you having to bend over.
Sometimes seed potatoes of 28-35 mm need to be pre-sprouted.
A practical solution is:
1. Take an empty standard pre-sprouting bag
2. Make battens of 4×3 cm wide (tile battens) and 90 cm long
3. Insert them horizontally on one outer side of the bag
4. Place the 14 pre-sprouting bags on the Sprinter2 pre-sprouting rack and fill them.
Store the empty pre-sprouting bags at the ends of the pre-sprouting racks. This saves a lot of work.
The pre-sprouting bags with rods can also be stored in a closed crate.
