Warranty, Terms and Conditions
Warranty
TradeMax’s warranty on pre-sprouting bags is valid for 3 years, provided that:
– the pre-sprouting bags have only been used to pre-sprout potatoes
– the pre-sprouting bags have been stored in a dry and dark place after emptying
– no chemical products have come into contact with the pre-sprouting bags
VSS Machinebouw BV’s warranty on pre-sprouting racks and accessories is 1 year.
Quotation and order confirmation
You will receive a separate quotation and order confirmation via intermediary Cor Joppe.

Payments
TradeMax: Payment before shipment
VSS Machinebouw BV: Orders over €5,000: 30% upon order and 70% before shipment.
Shipping & collection
When checking out your order, you can choose between shipping or collection from our warehouse.

If you choose to collect your order from us, no shipping costs will be charged. We will send you an email when your order is ready for collection from our warehouse.
Delivery of a combination of pre-germination bags and germination racks
If you order both pre-germination bags and germination racks, these will be sent to you in one delivery. TradeMax delivers the pre-germination bags to VSS. Your entire order will be sent to you in one combined delivery.
